If you're looking for just what you need and nothing you don't, then this watch is for you. It doesn't have a thousand and one unnecessary sport modes. You walk, you run, that's all most people need honestly. I don't see myself competing in a biathlon event anytime soon. The watch tracks steps, calories, and distance. That's it, along with the ability to record your exorcises and sleep. Note that this watch does not record blood oxygen or heart rate, but with the specific biometrics that you enter, the watch seems to be able to accurately track what it is designed to. The initial setup of the watch is very easy, on taking a little more info to do its job. Once the time is set, it seems to keep it accurately. The other BT based watches I had seemed to be absolutely woeful at keeping proper time without being synced constantly with the phone. This appears to be a fully serviceable timepiece. It arrived with the battery fully charged and I am only now charging it to time how long it takes. I'll update this review on the battery life when I have run it all the way down. I haven;t been able to do this yet. Just charge it on the nightstand overnight when it gets on the low side and you aren't using it. Nothing to it. It has no animations or real eye-candy. just what you need and nothing you don't. It's no-frills in the best possible way. So far, a good value for the small amount of money you pay. I love that you don't need a phone or even an app for it to work right out of the box. Just on a side note, I took a known rout for my evening walk, and putting it to the distance on Google Earth, it was accurate to .02 miles. Not bad! Once you get your height and stride data dialed in, the thing is great. You should at least give it a try. for the money, it's a reasonable gamble.

I absolutely freaking LOVE this watch! It’s just so EASY to use! It has the clock/time different watch faces. It is very nice looking, but my absolute favorite part is that I don’t have to connect any WIFI/ Bluetooth or any government corruption mind reading scanning device. I’ve had a smart watch Apple Watch Fitbit all those fancy watch’s and one thing that I hate is that those watches never stop scanning my skin even through the night I don’t want a watch that is constantly looking for something to connect to and reading my every bodily function. No thank you! It took me a very very long time to find this watch I even ordered & RETURNED one that said “no app needed no Bluetooth no wifi” and then when I opened it up and turned on I saw on my phone my watch’s name was on my Bluetooth on my phone. Connected- I DO NOT want to be connected to all these apps 24/7 I DO NOT want to be alerted everytime I get a text! I am beyond happy with this watch because I don’t have to have a headache from the HARMFUL Bluetooth rays I don’t have to be connected to anyone. I can simply tell the time. And track my steps and it even reminds me to drink water multiple times a day! I love this watch soooo much! Thank you again! Very accurate! Feels comfortable! Very readable!

This watch worked on the first few days. But over the mo the it barely works at all. Have owned it for 9 months and most days it won’t work. Sometimes it will count steps for an hour or two and then it stops. I have to restart it several times and often it will only work if it sits on the charger for a long time, even when showing full battery. Total waste of money unless you just want it as a watch.

Overall this is fine if you're looking for a non bluetooth replacement for a smart watch or fitbit type device. That was my goal, get off bluetooth. As a watch, it's fine. Nice to set an alarm on your watch as well instead of using an app. Has a timer on it as well as some other features I don't use. Mostly I wanted a watch to keep time and add an alarm for waking up and other reminders during the day. The downsides: - it stops counting steps every 3 days. I really don't use it anymore for steps, I wore a fitbit so long I can tell about where I am most days. There's an easy reset that takes literally 5 seconds to do and that fixes it, but it's just not something that should be happening. - very hard to select things as the screen icons are very small. I cannot reset an alarm for another time. It involves holding and swiping that are near impossible if you're not child sized. I end up deleting the alarm and adding another one instead of trying to change the time. The on screen buttons (arrows) to change the time are SO tiny. I'm 5'5" 115lb, slender, and slender fingers and I cannot do it without fat fingering it multiple times - as with my size noted above, the band is made for some insanely large person. My wrist size could double and it would still not take up half the band notches. While this again is not a huge deal, even with the 2 rubber sliders included on the band to hold the band in place after securing on your wrist (I have it in the closest hole), the remaining band is constantly in the way and getting out of the sliders that hold it I definitely like it for the non bluetooth non app no phone needed part. If you're looking for a watch for time and an alarm or two, it's worth it. If you're on the smaller side, you might want to see if the band can be replaced. I have not looked into that yet.

This is the modern version of you basic digital watch. It's got the time, date, an alarm, a timer and stopwatch, but it's also got a lot more! Without having to connect to your phone you can also track sports, steps, distance, calories, and sleep. It's also got breath training and drink water and sedentary reminders. As a bonus, if you hold down on the main screen, you will find 5 different watch faces to choose from! The only thing it is missing as a smart watch is a hear rate monitor. This watch is good for children, elders, or anyone who just wants a smart watch and not to be bothered by all the notifications of modern day life coming in. It's also good if you don't want to have to leave your location and Bluetooth on all the time, but still want many of the smart watch capabilities.

These are great for kids or anyone who wants a fitness watch without Bluetooth. Easy to use.

I absolutely love this watch! It’s perfect for anyone who wants to track their steps and calories without the hassle of Bluetooth or apps. It’s super easy to use — just put it on and go. Very nice looking fitness watch. Could be used by adult or a smaller wristed child. Works excellently, and the people who received them wear them all the time. I would highly recommend!

HUAKUA Schrittzähler-Uhr smart und schön Toller Fitness-Tracker zum kleinen Preis – ganz ohne App-Zwang! Ich habe mir diese Uhr von HUAKUA vor allem deshalb gekauft, weil sie komplett ohne Bluetooth, Smartphone oder nervige Apps funktioniert. Die Einrichtung direkt auf dem Touchscreen ist super einfach. Das Display ist schön groß, hell und lässt sich einwandfrei ablesen. Schritte und Schlaf werden zuverlässig aufgezeichnet. Auch das schlichte Design und das bequeme Silikonarmband gefallen mir im Alltag sehr gut. Für diesen Preis absolut empfehlenswert!
