This is an excellent learning tool. The instructions are very easy to follow with great illustrations showing you exactly how to cut and place the pieces. It is written to use in conjunction with the Pineapple Trim Tool. There are several variations on the traditional pineapple quilt that are all interesting and I plan on making several. The special craft projects are interesting and look fun to make. I am completely pleased with this book.

Jean Ann Wright is one of my favorite designers, her books are everything a quilter could want. I love the pineapple and have always been afraid to try it, but with this book I feel that I will be able to make something I've wanted to for years. The pictures are so clear, as are the directions and if you want to try the pineapple I recommend this book without reservation.

I love the patterns in this book and can't wait to try them but I did not buy the ruler. I have made the same pattern from another book and used a regular 6" square ruler and it came out perfect

This book has a lot of different and easy ideas. I’ve used it to make a few quilt wall hangings.

Love having some more ideas to use with the Pineapple Trim Tool ruler. I have made 2 quilts using this ruler and it is much easier than having to accurately cut each strip you sew on. Your blocks all end up the same size.

It is easy to place your rule incorrectly so the photos were a great help!

Very helpful book, especially with the Creative Grids Standard Pineapple Trim Tool...I've always wanted to make the pineapple block.This book explains things in detail in an easy to understand way, I need simple. Also has a good variety of patterns to play with.

The pineapple book is great and helps you to understand the concept of using this method of quilting taking you through the different stages as you progress
