Excellent Probiotic, Tested to have active bacteria
As far as probiotics go, this is one of the top on the market. I continually look for the best products on the market and milk test them. Here are the Pros and Cons.Pros:-20 Strains, very few other probiotics have that many-Passed the milk test and made yogurt. Of the 30-40 other probiotics on the market I have tested, it is one of the few that achieved this.-The company actually tells you how much of each strain is in each capsule. This is unheard of and puts great confidence in their company.-Price for what they are giving you is amazing.-No evil fillers. Perfect!Cons:-Does not use any type of acid resistant capsule. ALL of their other single probiotic products use DRCaps, except this one. This is their single weakest con.-It is impossible to order from their website. I tried several computers on several different networks. I don't know if they hate me or no one can order from their website.-They don't list the specific stain of each probiotic they are using.-Does not have any Soil Based Probiotics (SBO) in the mix. I would love to see some Bacillus and some Saccharomyces Boulardii in there.Overall, this is amazing. The cost to benefit ratio is amazing. I would highly recommend if you mix this with an SBO probiotic such as Microbiome Labs MegaSporeBiotic. I also recommend looking at: Global Healing's Ultimate Probiotic and Renew Life 150 Billion Probiotic (Can be purchased locally in the refrigerator section).

Excellent formulation; full info on strains and potency of each; good value for a 60 day supply
I'm very pleased with this probiotic. It hits the mark on the two most important issues: potency and strain diversity. Each serving, which is one capsule, provides 36 billion CFUs. While there are brands with higher potency levels, this accomplishes that with a single capsule (versus 2 or 3 from other brands). The strain diversity is outstanding, with 20 different strains. The strains are mostly Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains, but there's also a Streptococcus and a Pediococcus strain. All the strain are identified on the box along with the specific potency of each. That's a huge plus -- most manufacturers only identify the strains (if that), so major kudos to the manufacturer for providing full, complete info on the content of this probiotic. These are listed as being "made in the EU" but the specific country is not identified. The distributor is in Portugal, so perhaps that's where they are made. The box I received in May 2022 has a best by date of November 2024, which is a decent shelf life. As with any probiotic, it's best to store it away from heat (and, ideally, in the refrigerator) to slow the inevitable decrease in potency level. My only small quibble is that these come in a blister pack format. That's good for maintaining freshness, but it is more wasteful than a bottle (assuming the bottle is properly sized). Not a significant con, however. The price is very reasonable for a 60 day supply given the potency and strain diversity. One of the better probiotics I've come across so far, and a solid 5 stars.

Full spectrum probiotic. ! capsule daily. Good ingredients geared towards immunity & gut health
Since I went on a structured diet regimen, my nutritionist advised me to take a probiotic to keep my gut balanced and in good shape. When I provided the list of ingredients in this supplement to her, she said that it’s exactly what I should be taking. She mentioned it’s even more important as my body gets used to the change in diet. I also mentioned that it’s recommended to keep the bottle refrigerated, which got her approval as well.On a disappointing note, the bottle lacks some certifications that pertain to quality control and integrity of the supplement: Certifications that I want on supplements: cGMP (certified Good Manufacturing Practices), Third Party Tested, FDA Registered Facility. But, since the nutritionist thought it was a good quality and quantity of probiotics, it does get get some benefit of doubt. As such, I feel it deserves a 4 - 4.25 star rating.

Works well
I have been dealing with massive dysbiosis and all my lower systems for about a year now, and probiotics is the main thing that has helped overcome. The Western Way didn't work for me and everything was resistant to treatment, so I have completely changed my diet and avoiding sugar and doing very high amounts of probiotics. Because I'm a lady and some of these issues are in the reproductive area, you need to make sure you are also adding things that will make it all the way down to the vaginal area. Many types stop at the gut, so make sure you do your research on having a variety and some that will address that area. I have added these in with my vaginal care probiotics, and I'm having a good experience. Every month I have a little bit more improvement, and I didn't realize it would be such a long game. If you have dysbiosis I would completely eliminate sugar, because every time I eat some even a little bit about 10 minutes later I feel my issues flaring so it definitely feeds it. Removing a bunch of carbs and sugar can really be helpful, or it has been for me, anyway. I'm not having any negative side effects, and I'm pleased with this full spectrum probiotic since it has more than most types out there do.

my gastro says "no"
I have read a lot about probiotics and the science says that they usually don't do anything and that there are often no live probiotics left by the time the consumer gets them. I asked my gastroenterologist. She said that they probably don't hurt, but probably don't work, either (unless you have a specific problem). She said prebiotics are a total waste. So, I am taking these every couple of days. I see no difference. These are individually packaged and refrigeration is recommended, which probably the odds that the probiotics are still alive. If they weren't killed by the heat during delivery, that is.
