This product is easy to use and performs well. The Xbox series X recognised the adapter straight away. My Bluetooth earbuds connected easily with good sound quality and the built in microphone does the job. Just be aware that it's only a Bluetooth transmitter. Bluetooth headphones with a mic built in will only be for audio output. The voice comes from the microphone built into the adapter. I hastily read the listing and didn't really appreciate this difference until I had the product in my hands. Its entirely my fault and isn't a massive issue as it performs well, but it was a disappointing realisation so hopefully this helps others avoid the same fate.

Very quiet and mic performance pretty bad too. Sadly I got this as a gift for someones birthday so the return date has passed, but this is a terrible product. The idea is amazing, but the volume is not adjustable and when it is very quiet compared to normal headset or even playing on another device via cloud using same headphones.. very poor connection too, mic can't even be heard less than 10m away and whilst listening connection is stable, as mentioned before its very quiet even on max in game and xbox settings so quiet you miss any sounds that aren't loud bangs and need subtitles for cinematics cause you can't hear what they are saying and that's if you're playing with no noise in the background.

Fantastic bit of kit. My son plays Xbox(X/S) off a monitor with no speakers and we needed a way to get the sound from the xbox working. This bit of kit plugs into the xbox controller (no batteries required, it just uses the power from the controller) and pairs with our JBL bluetooth speaker wirelessly which enables the sound from the xbox to play through the speaker. It also has a built in microphone which works well too. Easy to use, just plug, pair and play.

The Audio box arrived quickly and securely packaged. It was a little awkward to fit initially and felt like the connectors weren't lining up. After a few attempts, I managed to fit it. Not as plug and play as some reviews lead me to believe. I did have to adjust some settings on my Series X. For example turning off speaker noise when headphones are detected and increasing the volume level (hidden away under controller options) which defaults to almost zero. Apart from that it's been an impressive device. Saves me the cost of a bespoke Xbox headset when I have decent noise cancelling Soundcore headphones and earbuds. Too soon to comment on how much of a battery drain this is.

Had to tweak audio setting on Xbox for a while but it works fine. A bit pricey tho.

This is a great purchase if you are just looking to connect bluetooth headphones to your console. the adapter doesn't allow you too use the mic on the headset (I don't know if this counts for every bluetooth headset I'm talking about the razer kraken kitty headset) the mic that is intergrated into the adapter isn't great as you have to be very close to the controller in order for it to pick up your voice and overall mic quality to others is bad.

The design is fairly sleek, but the product I received simply didn't work well enough. There's almost a full second of audio latency between the game and the Bluetooth device you'll connect- I tried this with three controllers and two quality pairs of wireless earphones, the issue was always the same. I tried to change settings within the Xbox itself, but the lag persisted no matter what I tried, including third-party apps like DTS Sound Unbound. I even borrowed another console- same issue. When I took the device out of my controller, the plastic shell came off but the actual device remained in the controller. This was easily fixed with a little superglue but doesn't indicate a great build quality. The built-in microphone doesn't have a very good range, meaning you'll have to hold your controller right up to your face to use it adequately. Perhaps it's just an issue with this particular device, but I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

Works well but you have to speak louder than normal. Really wanted to love them more. They work flawlessly though. Just wish the microphone was a bit better.

Can confirm works great with my Airpods Max 2's. Easy to pair them and sound good. The mic on my Airpods isn't going through but there is a mic on the device itself. It's fine. Since the mic is on the device which is plugged into the controller it picks up a lot of the clacking from pressing buttons and moving the sticks, but it works well enough in a pinch so good enough for me. I just wanted to be able to use my airpods wirelesslly so I'm happy with it for that.

Connected just fine with my XM5 and XM4's - audio quality is great through the supported codecs and latency is almost imperceptible. That said it's not usable for competitive shooters as the delay will put you at a disadvantage.
