Yes. The swing can be easily disassembled for storage over winter. Keep the small tools it came with and use them again when you are ready to disassemble the swing. Good luck.

Are the seat cushions plastic or fabric? Waterproof? Easy to wipe clean or must it be thrown in the washer to clean?

Seats are a fabric cushion, not thick at all. They supposed to be waterproof, seems to dry quickly. The canopy is already fading I got the black and have only had outside a few months. You may have to add more cushion to be more comfortable on it. The weight limit is inaccurate so don't put too much weight.
