Oh my this is a great product I use every morning and it does the job and great value for the money orange taste great too ! No complaints here

I don't really know what to say about meta mucil,I was told by my sister dat it helps in digestion and also not to experience constipation.I have tried but haven't seen any different yet, maybe not good for me 😔.

As expected

I've been having gut issues for a long time (frequent constipation and diarrea) and other meds and suplements haven't worked so well like this one. I am super happy because I feel my vowel is now more "empty", and the stool is now solid and in one piece and I don't even need to use much paper to clean anymore, which is a sign that this works. I don't feel my gut so bloated and I dont have so much gas like I had before, only at the beginning of using this (which is normal for 1-2 days). The taste is also good, it's like an orange smoothie. I was skeptical at the beginning, but it's totally worth it. I am very happy despite the excessive price.
