Any chance this would adhere to a vinyl blow up bed i have a rip on the seem and nothing seems to work

The surface usually has to be prepped and sanded. So I don't think it would stick to vinyl unless you could wrap around it a few times. I am thinking it would not work for this.

Can you submerge this product in water after it cures? Like in a pool?

Yes. The product can be submerged underwater and still hold up. You can also apply it while under water too. But it might take some practice.

Will this work to wrap an exhaust pipe just after the muffler before the tailpipe to close anannoying small exhaust leak?

The package says the patch can withstand high temperatures but I have not tried it for such an environment. Any auto store sells muffler patch tape specifically for that purpose.

Do you have to use the entire length at one time? Or can you cut a shorter piece and use the remainder later?
