Do I have to use lock tight on the screw for the servo horn ?

It is not required but is a good idea. Use the blue colored loktite that permits the disassembly.

So the advertisement says adjustable 180 degree control angle but my wiper arm is only moving 90 degrees, what is going on?

I believe the adjustment is just combining both direction limits from the neutral rest point. Im not sure of yer setup, but you may need to adjust the motion range. Im not sure how much further i can assist on this tho. It seems you have to increase the controllers motion range. It could be called on end point adjustment. That tells the controller how far to move in relation to the neutral rest point. I hope this helps lead you in the right direction.
