Wholesome Yum Sugar Free Honey Substitute

I LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️ THIS SUGAR FREE HONEY! It's soooo good! i eat a well versed diet of sugar free and keto products and compared to the sugar free honey flavor it smells, has that exact same texture and the taste is spot on! It even makes you cringe a bit like real honey does when eating it on same items 😂. BONUS - the easy to use feature is amazing because being that I have arthritis, I don't like how difficult other products are to use until finding this one. It's a winner 🏆

I haven't used this much yet, but seems very good for a zero sugar honey. Not sure I could tell the difference between this and the real thing. Works just like the real thing and tastes very close if not spot on. Came in good shape with no leakage. Very nice to have this for a times when a little sweetness is needed.

This honey replacement is good and actually tastes like a light honey. It has a thinner texture than real honey, but it's not runny, like water. For those with blood sugar issues or just trying to hang in there and stick as close as possible to a diet over the holidays, this is a good alternative. My diabetic mother tried some over the Thanksgiving holiday and was able to enjoy a ketovore waffle with butter and some of this honey without too many repercussions (specific to her). We are mostly a ketovore family, but it was nice she could eat a treat alongside everyone else for a change. Allulose is gaining a lot of research attention. If you suffer from insulin resistance, you may want to look this up. If it helps, a suggested starting point could be Dr. Ben Bikman. He has videos on YouTube.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars, not 5, is because this isn't exactly like honey. I love honey. But I'm diabetic and putting a little bit in my tea immediately shoots my blood sugar up. When I got this I tasted a little bit straight from the bottle and thought yuck, I'm not going to like this at all. A couple weeks later, I really wanted some tea with honey so I screwed up my courage. I found that it doesn't take much and that adding cream really complimented it. And zero blood sugar spike! It's not as tangy as honey, but it's good and has the same mouth feel.

Very excited to find a honey replacement - especially a sugar free version. I’m allergic to honey and on a keto diet for my epilepsy. This is great in tea and cooking, and my husband says it taste like real honey!

Perfect substitute for honey when you need to avoid carbohydrates. Taste is excellent with no aftertaste. I have substituted it in recipes calling for honey and my family and friends never notice the difference.
