These fit and they have really helped with the plantar fasciitis. But they do not offer much arch support are a little hard. They could be more comfortable for the whole foot but the hardness just makes them not that comfortable. But they really do relieve the pain from the plantar fasciitis.

These shoe insoles are a big improvement over the ones I was using previously. They provide noticeably better support and cushioning, making my shoes feel more comfortable during everyday use. Have been dealing with PF for 43 days. Ouch! PT helped a lot, and when I slipped these orthotics into my shoes on the 42nd day, TOTAL RELIEF! no more pain, and lived happily ever after.

I was happy with the fit on these and they were doing a great job alleviating my foot pain from standing on ladders and concrete all day. Unfortunately they seem to have worn down now after around 2.5 weeks (worn 9 hours a day, 5 days a week). The pain is back and after taking them out of my boots I can feel the material has been squashed much flatter than it was. I can't really justify purchasing them every 2 weeks, so I will be trying other brands. Perhaps they would work better for someone not using them quite so hard? Or someone lighter weight (less than 190lbs)? A shame since they really did provide immediate relief.

The best insole for plantar fasciitis at the best price. My second pair. If your shoes fits too tight around your feet do not use this, or any insole, as they will occupy some room inside your shoes and your feet will feel very tight. Otherwise recommended.

This really did help my plantar fasclitis almost immediately. They fit into business shoes just fine. I doubt they last a full year but for the price and how much they help I think its worth it.
