Amendment to original review below:I contacted the seller about other options than returning the whole kit, but in the meantime I ordered another tube because I need it ASAP. The seller responded very quickly (on a Sunday I might add). They saw that I had already ordered another tube and said they would just refund me my money for it (still shipping it, just giving it to me for free), which they have already done this morning. Not only did they do that, but they also gave me a discount code for future orders from them! I am VERY pleased with the product and the company's customer service! SO glad I chose this kit! Definitely recommend.Also want to add a comment regarding some reviews about the bucket rusting....I don't know whether it's "true" stainless steel or not (it appears to be to me, for all I know), and I haven't had it long enough for mine to rust, however I have to point out that the instructions do say to clean and dry the bucket after each use so if you follow those directions, I don't think there shouldn't be an issue whether the bucket is stainless steel or not. It IS nice and sturdy (doesn't tip and spill when hung by the handle) and very easy to clean. Those are important things. As for whatever metal it is made of, I don't see the ingredients really matter ingredients so much because the contents of your enema are not in the bucket, nor the tubing either, for very long. (Harmful stuff shouldn't really have time to leech into the water, or so I imagine anyway.)Original review:Was very pleased with this so I gave my BF mine and ordered a second kit for myself. I waited too long to buy this bucket. It’s so easy to use and actually gets clean. If you’re considering it I have only good things to say. Easy to set it up and the tip is incredibly soft and gentle unlike any other I have used before. I’m so glad I bought this and now I don’t have to use the hot water bottle bag anymore. I had no leaks and it was all around very easy to use.

It didn't come with instructions, I did however checked on the website and that didn't help either. So I just YouTube how to fit the enema kit together to make sure I was doing everything right. The hose and clamp were already set and ready to go though which is a plus. Cleaning is simple enough. To avoid the stain steel bucket for rusting just completely dry it and then leave it out. The enema kit comes packaged very well and discreet. I just wished it had step by step pictures or instructions on how to connect and disconnect if needed.

This enema kit is a one thoughtfully designed engineering!!!! Even the hook is covered to soften its metallic sound. A traveling bag is a very nice touch I did not expect to receive. Nor did I expect two sets of the tubes, so thank you. About the soft tube itself I could write a dissertation; the stopper is easy to turn on and off, the curve at the end of the tube makes is super ergonomic, its material is pliable / for sure a high quality, and the segment which needs to be washed well is detachable. Even a small tool is included in case in the future one part should be removed. The 2 white tips are smooth and very comfortable to insert (I don;t know what the other tips are for?). The bucket is well made, easy to hang, and finally larger capacity than 1 quart which is important in doing effective therapy. And finally the instructions are downloadable instead of wasting paper. I also think that the price is very very fair. In short, I am smitten. Thank you for creating this kit.

I've used several enema kits from other brands in the past, and this one is by far the best! The stainless steel bucket makes it super easy to clean up and very hygienic, and the easy to use, sturdy valve is probably its best feature, unlike other brands that use a cheap clamps. This enema kit is worth every penny!

I have had my kit for almost 2 years, use it at least once per week and have never had ANY issues. No leaking, definitely no rusting (I always dry the bucket as soon as I am finished washing it), all the tubes and connectors work great. When I needed a small replacement part, customer service was super fast and friendly and even sent it out for free! This is the best enema kit on the market as far as I have found. Very strange that folks are talking about the bucket rusting as mine is completely flawless after all this time.

I purchased this unit and have used it a good few times before writing this review. I must say I am impressed indeed. The quality of the unit is excellent, the bucket is stainless steel, however, I would suggest the handle be offset or on a ratchet to enable the bucket to tilt forward to enable the enema liquid to flow forward and through the outlet. I would also suggest a silicone tube with thicker walls. I found the ones that came with the unit a bit thin, thus they tend to bend quite easily preventing the forward flow of liquid in the tube. Other than this, it is truly a GREAT investment to make towards your health. I thought doubling up on the "insert nozzles" to be an intelligent decision. Great for husband/wives, boyfriends/girlfriends, partners etc. I didn't see any other manufacturer of this type of enema kit do that. Overall it gets a 5 STARS from me. If you are deciding on a unit to buy, this one will be the right choice.

I have never done a home enema before so have nothing to compare it to but this was clean and easy.I do think it would benefit from some instructions, even just directing you to a website for help and direction. However I played about with mine for 5 mins and figured it all out.Give it a good clean before use. Run hot water through it several times too. And you’re ready to go.This product will save me so much money as I’m paying for colonics at the moment at £55 a session.I lay on the bathroom floor with several towels. There isn’t a “out” tube so you need to sit on the loo to empty. Then you can fill again.I did a water and coffee enema and it was a success. Really happy. My tummy is nice and calm today!The product is clean and well made, and easy to clean. I have googled how to clean and 3% peroxide seems to be popular.Some reviews said theirs dripped in places. Mine was perfect. No issues at all.Would recommend this to anyone!

I haven't used yet, but meet my expectation, bucket it's build from stainless steel very sturdy,long cable to stay confortable in you're bathroom exactly how does say in description. Arrived quick,well packed. I can wait to used and to say bye bye to toxins. I do recomand for anyone wanted to stay healty and to be honest value for money.

This equipment looks to be made to a medical grade quality. Should be easy to use and clean and amazing value for money . This job can get very messy and ease of cleaning is a vital requirement. Not used it yet, as it is a standby item, but have every confidence that it will do what is says. Full instructions are lacking however.Edit 1: Emailed for instructions which were received the next day from a helpful Broderick. Good make good quality cnt fault it. Easy to use. It's really good to perform ayurvedic jala basti cleansing technique for bowels. Tips are silicone made so are soft prevents you damaging perforating colon. Easy to clean and put away the storage bag fir kit is very useful . Thumbs up to manufactures whole kit is defiantly medical grade the flow tap is very good no leakage of water. The extra tips that come with kit are good as well. Thus kit will last a good ten years.
