Are the extra measurement markings on the inside of the cups as well?

Yes so it’s easy to look inside to measure correctly

What is the product height when stacked? My plastic set which break too easy have a 1 cup that is 2" high & when stacked the handles angle up to 4".

Just under 4 inches..approximately 3 3/4".

Will the magnet hold them to the refrigerator?

I just tried this on my refrigerator. Not the entire set together but one measuring cup at a time, yes.
