Mens BN Vest Costume Cosplay Military Jacket | Winter Shearling Coat Faux Leather

I usually buy cosplay pieces on Amazon because most of the time it's cheaper than buying materials, and saves a lot of time building it. I'm 6'8" tall and 300+ pounds. I got a 54" chest so i ordered the 4xl size. I'm use to things not fitting right out of the box and needing a lot of work and modifications to make it fit my giant frame.. however for the very first time in the 20 years I've been costuming and "cosplaying".. this thing fit me like a glove right out of the box. The build and quality is WORLDS beyond my expectations from the usual Amazon stuff. It is very well padded and thick where it is suppose to be "armor". It feels amazing to wear. The zipper is even very well done and is tucked to prevent any pull. Not to mention it comes inside a very nice blue travel bag for the vest. I don't see a single thing to modify since it fits me perfectly. Perhaps just a repaint to weather it and age it. But honestly, I'm beyond shocked with how great this vest is made and looks. Absolutely worth every single penny.

Shortly after ordering, the company reached out to me due to sizing issues they've had from other customers. The chart they attempted to send me via email wasn't coming through, so I just replied with my measurements (shoulders, chest and waist) and they made any corrections. The one I received fit me good, though it is a bit roomy and maybe could've been a size down but at least there is room for a long sleeve shirt underneath. The only negative is the zipper up the middle interferes with the authentic look (maybe could've put the closure on the sides). Either way I am happy with the product and the companies looking out for their customer.

I would recommend getting a smaller size and for the price it looks good at a glance, but the details are not the highest quality. Got the job done for the few hours I needed it.

After wearing it a couple of times, it really holds together. Sturdy construction, a solid zipper, while still allowing me to breathe. Most items of this size are still mis-proportioned, with some aspects larger than others. This is a good standard in sizing.

for the type of vest it fit a little loose. not able to make much adjustment. also was missing an eyelet on the strap. im 5'8" 185 lbs. 44" chest. I returned and got a med. it fits snug but more like an armor vest should fit.

In a matter of a few hours while adjusting the shoulder straps to fit properly the sewing around the straps began to come undone. Any place on the costume that was supposed to be made to take even the smallest of strain showed loose stitching. The costume literally fell apart in my hands and I hadn't even taken it outside to wear it. Avoid anything from this company or any costume that looks similar to this one. I purchased one just like this 2 years ago from what I thought was a different company. Return address showed the same name from 2 years ago. If I could give a lower rating I would.

I went as Bane for Halloween. I bought the mask, coat, and the vest all on Amazon. My costume looked great!
