Okay so! I had the cutest flats that needed to be sized up a bit (using something other than paper towel), found this and thought great because of the pad options and sizes I can try! Comes delivered separately from all my other stuff in its own little box and all the pieces are shoved in there individually wrapped; only the back ankle pad and foot ball(?) pad that you stick to the bottom had adhesive, the tiptoe pads did not have adhesive. You were able to take off one of the sticky ones and put them back somewhere else and it’d still be sticky enough, they’re comfy enough, and solved the issue of the ill fitting shoes, star taken off for packaging

I buy my shoes a size to large for comfort, and I need extra pads for true fit, and these pads does the job with no problems.

I bought a new pair of heels that fit like a glove until I broke them in; then they felt a little big as the leather stretched so I got these to tighten the fit. Ive tried similar items in the past and the adhesive hadnt held up well enough for a whole days use, so I purchased these with limited expectations. In terms of adhesion, I have been a little surprised. Ive used them for 2 days and they havent budged from where I stuck them. In terms of holding up, the top layer of fabric started peeling off after 1 days use. Because they dont really show in the shoes im using them in, its not a huge issue. They are very soft and the thickness is perfect to prevent heel chafing, and they were easy to use. If you intend to use these for a wear or 2 per pair (at least for the heel portion), theyre a decent buy. If you intend to use these for daily wear, they probably arent the right purchase for you

I have two pairs of heels that I love but are just a tad too big for me (if I sized down it would’ve been way too small). I’ve tried other inserts before but these have been the best! Love that you can combine the inserts however needed to give you the best results for your need. They are very comfortable and have enough cushion to be able to last in them. They’re easy to put on, and so far, sticking really well onto the heels. Will probably know more the more I walk in them but so far so good!

The only thing good about these were the quantity and the assortment that came in the package. Other than that, they are very poorly constructed. The adhesive doesn't work and just try taking the paper off the back. It Separates the adhesive from the pad. I even put them in my new shoes and have not worn them and the adhesive has separated from the pad. Horrible!!!!!!! Never again. If I could give NO STARS I would

These are amazing! I bought 3x pairs of leather high heels and due to the leather stretching over time my feet kept slipping out of the shoes, making them impractical to wear. I added these grips and heel pads and now get to enjoy wearing my shoes again. Good quality product and great that there is different colours. Highly recommend!

They are ok, but don't stick to inside of shoe

Works extremely poorly. The one for the soles of the shoes does not have adhesive. The one for the heels is adhesive but will just peel off if you wear socks because the socks pull it off. The toe filler is also terrible because it is too thin.
