It lost it's pristine white color in 3 months...while it was sitting in the bag. Haven't even used it. I tried to claim warranty but the company says we don't replace items bought on amazon.

I’m in Nursing School and I bought this for my clinical and it unfortunately got stolen and when at the hospital. When you purchased it you get a lifetime warranty without any additional cost so once I initially got it, I registered for that warranty and as soon as it got stolen, I reached out to their customer service by emailing them and asking for advice, immediately got a response and they sent me a new one and it looked exactly the same was the same exact quality and they were so kind. No questions asked whether that was because of the warranty or not they were super understanding and kind and for that alone, I’ll continue buying from their company cause I love when customer service is about the customer experience! Super nice quality and works really good I can hear very good. Really love the quality

I've been using the stethoscope for a while now and it's overall a solid option especially for students. There is one notable drawback the right earpiece doesn't always want to stay in your ear securely. I found myself occasionally readjusting it med assessment which can be frustrating when you're trying to focus. The left side seems to stay in place fine but the right side can feel loose or slip out more easily than expected. This is a good value stethoscope that does deliver clear acoustics even with the minor annoyance of the earpiece.

Got this for my EMS class and I already love it! Unfortunately haven't gotten to use it just yet but I can't wait until I can :) The weight is perfect, not to heavy and not insanely light. Sound quality is amazing! I listened to my own heartbeat and lung sounds over and over. Very comfortable as well! I was worried the ear pieces would get uncomfortable, but they didn't!

This is another terrific product from Greater Goods. I have several other products (scale, food scale, blood pressure monitor), and they are all well made, well designed and they work! I have also had excellent customer service experiences with them if I had a question about something. This stethoscope is great looking (I got the black on black), it's well-engineered, easy to use and does exactly what it's meant to. I found that it fit well and comfortably in my ears and quite effectively picked up my heartbeat. I also listened to some stomach grumblings. It's light and comes with extra ear pieces and an extra diaphragm. This product has everything and at a great price, so if you're looking for a stethoscope, I highly recommend this one.

Decent for the price. Not a Littman but doesn't have Littman price either. Light weight and arrived quickly
