If i ordered 6 dead bolt lock sets can i be assured that each would be keyed differently? or would i be able to include that spec with my order?

Yes, each cylinder lock is uniquely keyed

Where can I get another instruction manual?

No idea, write the manufacturer?

I installed this on my dryer per instructions. It seems it wont lock the dryer door. Its a maytag. Is this product not compatible?

I'm not clear did you say you installed the lock on the dryer or on the door to where the dryer lives? In theory if you have a hole with the right depth this unit should work (just make sure it's right side up on both sides and everything slides into each other).

Is this a low profile deadbolt?

Its lower profile than some but the base area is a lot wider. It takes a lot if surface area and may not fit well to frame. I ended up returning.
