Great product for my needs
Purchased this to help me lose weight as well as something to help me sleep. I was only getting 2 to 3 hours of sleep per night . This supplement has a lot of the important minerals/vitamins for your thyroid. The ingredients list appears to have high quality sourced vitamins. Only took a couple so far. Hoping it helps speed my metabolism
