There are a lot of COQ10 products available. Which to choose? My doc recommended this supplement (heart health, blood pressure support), but not what to look for. I narrowed down my search to soft gels with bioperine, and at a good starting dose per soft gel (100 mg). Some show higher amounts, but it is simply taking more soft gels to get there. I like that this is very straightforward: 100 mg per soft gel, 120 soft gels. Plenty of information included in the product description, and I feel like I learned a lot. I really appreciate those sorts of details! It is partly why I ended up choosing it. The price is very good, competitive, and in many cases lower than others of similar formula. I went ahead and ordered it. I started taking it less than 2 weeks ago. I dont know if I am going to see/feel a direct difference. Hoping with consistent use I can get better blood pressure readings. Looks like lots of other benefits too. I think if you have low key ills, or are advancing in age (35+) then adding in something like this could be quite beneficial. I will definitely keep up with this product, especially since they have a subscribe and save option! Another thing worth mentioning is that they did a follow up message to make sure I was happy with it, and that of the soft gels stuck together at any point, to just put in fridge to help loosen them up. I know this is the norm for softgels as I tend to have to do that with my fish oil capsules. Still, I thought it a nice gesture to reach out.

My doctor advised I take this to help with my constant muscle cramps. I stumbled on this brand and I was mazed at the difference it made. I mistakenly tried a different brand once and it did not help at all and my muscle cramps came right back. I would highly recommend this brand if you suffer from Muscle cramps

They made me sick. Tried to return and they won't take them back!! Update: Zeborah has reached out to me and has refunded my money. I thought that was great! They also gave me a gift card for the problem. I would definitely consider taking other supplements from them. My body just couldn't handle this particular one.
