I don't need 800 pins but for the price you can afford to loose a few.I rated a 3 star because just like my opening statement I had to toss 17 pins as they were bent and an additional 102 are bull they would not stick in my tomato so this made to check all the pins and test on fabric. they are so dull it snagged the fabric. so that is 119 pins that are not good. unless I sharpen the 102 but I have the other fleet that is usable.

These are such poor quality. Heads are not all red. Ends are blunt. They bend. One head was so lose it broke off and the end went into my finger totally derailing my project due to a sore finger.this is the picture of how many pins were defective

These pins were the right size to handle easily but they were not sharp enuf to slip thru fabric fast. I am still looking for a replacement for my old ones. You don't understand how something that simple can make a tedious job easy until you don't have the good ones you are used to.

The quality of these pins is deplorable. They are very very rough on the metal shanks, dull, and are not suitable for sewing AT ALL.Also, they arrived in a "box" that was literally disintegrating, it was so tattered and torn. It had so many pin holes in the top that I swear I must have been the third or fourth person to receive these. I'm guessing the other three returned them. Total waste of money.

I used these for a large scale project that required a very large quantity of sewing pins. Had my budget allowed, I definitely would have used a better quality pin. Many of these were bent or bent easily. The heads would fall off, the coating would flake off, and a lot of pins in each box were dull at the end. They worked well enough for my purposes, but I would suggest finding a different product if quantity isn't necessarily an issue for you.

Why this looked like a great price, the pins are dull and will not go into fabric, and when pushed hard to get them to go into fabric, they snag and tear the fabric.

These pins are a great product. I have severe arthritis and cannot handle small pins. The heads allow me to continue doing what I love most. Designing and creating. They were well packed and very usable.
