Does exactly what it says โ super sticky and goes further than you'd expect
Sometimes you just need a product that does its job without any fuss, and the Gladiator Aluminium Tape delivers exactly that. Seriously sticky โ it grabs and holds first time, every time. No lifting edges, no peeling corners, just a clean solid bond that you can trust. For foil insulation work it's absolutely perfect, sealing joins neatly and staying put without any complaints. The 50mm width is ideal and the 10m roll goes a surprisingly long way โ further than you might expect which is always a bonus. Good value for what you get. No issues whatsoever. A straightforward, reliable product that does exactly what it promises. Would absolutely buy again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Pretty good...
Perfect tape for not too much. I use on a beehive roof outside to seal the connecting point between the slopes and it seems to work wonderfully, seals it perfectly, used a couple of layers to ensure it didn't leak and seems to work well so far. Incredibly sticky so makes it a little tricky to use but I suppose that's what you need it for. Not too thick so is easily moldable and seems fairly durable. I will say though it's not the nicest finish because it creases so easily during application so if that would bother you...

Strong, Reliable Tape with a Few Minor Quirks
The Gladiator Aluminium Tape lives up to its nameโtough, durable, and very sticky. I used it for sealing HVAC ducts and some general insulation work, and it stuck extremely well, even in warmer conditions. Itโs definitely heat-resistant and holds up under pressure, making it a great option for both professional and DIY use. The tape is easy to apply and conforms well to uneven surfaces, which is a big plus. The adhesive is strong right out of the box, and once itโs in place, itโs not going anywhere. The only downside is that the backing can be a little tricky to peel off cleanly at times, especially if youโre in a rush or wearing gloves. Not a deal-breaker, but worth noting. Overall, itโs a solid product that performs as advertised. If you need reliable aluminium tape for insulation or sealing jobs, this is a strong contender. Just be patient with the backing.

REVIEW: Gladiator Aluminium Tape (50mm x 10m) | Highly Adhesive Aluminium Foil Tape
Product arrived promptly and as described. Strong tape (albeit very thin) which makes it easy to mould / apply / fully cover areas of its targeted usage. All in all, good value with promises of durability. Can recommend.

Easy to use and strong as advertised
I used it for general insulation work. It stuck extremely well, wet or warmer conditions. Itโs definitely resistant enough in abnormal conditions and holds up under pressure, making it a great option for DIY use. The tape is easy to apply and conforms well to uneven surfaces, which is a big plus. The adhesive is strong right out of the box, and once itโs in place, itโs not going anywhere. Itโs a solid product that performs as advertised.

Great adhesion even when heated.
Excellent tape tears easily but stays โstuckโ even on the hot Aircon outlet hose. Without it air was leaking back into the room but now the Aircon works perfectly nice chilled room. Ready now for the next heatwave.

Works well at first, but adhesion weakens over time
I bought this Gladiator aluminium tape for sealing and insulating ducting, and overall it does the job reasonably well. It is easy to cut, applies neatly and sticks well at first. The tape feels strong enough for general use and gives a clean aluminium finish, which is useful for ducting, insulation jobs and small sealing repairs. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the long-term stickiness could be better. After some time, especially on areas with heat, movement or less-than-perfect surfaces, the adhesive can start to feel weaker. It still works, but I would not say it is the strongest aluminium tape I have used. Overall, it is useful and does the job, but I would like the adhesive to be stronger for longer-term use.

Very sticky! Careful when tearing off. Works fine.
Used it with insulation foil purchase. No problems. Bit of a knack required when tearing off the tape as it has a tendency to coil back like a spring and it's extremely sticky.
