I am happy with these pumpkin seeds. The quality is excellent, fresh, crunchy, and full of flavour. You can tell they’re premium just by the texture and how clean they are. The 1300g pack is great value for money too, especially if you use seeds regularly for snacking or cooking. They’re naturally high in protein and fibre, which makes them perfect for adding to healthy recipes. I’ve been using them in salads, smoothies, homemade granola, and even baking, and they add such a lovely nutty taste. It’s also a bonus that they’re GMO free as per the packaging details and completely vegan. Overall, a nutritious, product that tastes great and is definitely worth the price. Less amount of broken seeds in the overall pack. Clean and not impurities. just wash and use. Great value for money. You can do a light fry to bring more flavour to the seeds.

Its crunchy and feels fresh, but not very fresh. It tastes OK but I would not say it's great. Overall a good product and I've been using it as snacks, great in combination with other nuts!
