Will not work with longer sending units so be careful
I have a pro comp oil temp gauge and the fitting is 1" long. The fitting is too long and bottoms not to mention occludes flow. Be careful if you are using it for the same application. I had to buy a fitting from Race Flux that has a raised area to accommodate the longer sending unit. Great fitting but oh well I can't use it...I'll just hang onto to it at this point.

Part was very high quality but missing the pipe plug for the side port.
Great product. Fits and works just as intended. Missing the plug if you don't intend to install a gauge.
