Everything is wonderful, We are pleased with our purchase. My husband and I love our hot tub and we have soaked in it every night since it was set-up. The set-up instructions were easy to follow. No problem with the hot tub itself but disappointed that only 1 /4 of my LED lights litup when we plugged them in. I will contact for replacement tomorrow. Otherwise great buy.

The cover doesn't fit at all no matter what I have tired, now to snaps wont snap on. I even took out air at all levels and finally fit but the sides where bulging out where it wasn't right. The lights were they are connected broke in 3 places. The stupid thing shuts off after 3 to 4 days and if you don't catch it, the water gets cold and it take 2 days to heat it back up. Talking about heating up, it isn't hot at all the water that comes out of it, use the bubbles and it drops big time, takes two days to get it back up there. All the portable hot tubs now are garbage, this is my second one. I pray the company I had before come back because theirs lasted me 10 years and never had a problem. Now everything comes from china and is garbage. The money they gave me to keep it wasn't worth it because I still had to pay 600.00 for it. Wish they would test out their products first and save us the pain and suffering.

This was so easy to set up. Heated to temp in less than 24 hours. I put 1 1/2” styrofoam under it to protect the bottom and insulate it from the concrete. The styrofoam also acts like a cushion so it’s no a hard bottom. But trying to deal with customer support is unbelievable. They keep saying I am not responding to there emails when I reply every time.

the hot tub is amazing!! works perfectly at our Lakehouse on the deck. easy to blow up and fill, takes less than 24 hours to heat the water, overall a great purchase. the only issue we had was the LED lights that go underneath the hot tub. the lights were broken and shiena at Pyle USA was amazing. she apologized and sent us another set of lights immediately but unfortunately, the second set of lights were also broken. I contacted Shiena again and she immediately sent out a second set of lights. I highly recommend this product and am so thankful for the customer support from this company!!

Went through 2 of these 1st one heater didn't work. seller sent me a replacement got a little over 6 months out of it put it away last winter now the pump quit.

Just got this hot tub & so far I like it. Didn't have any issues with missing parts or anything being damaged & the set up was super easy👌I haven't had the product long, but so far so good. The only thing I really don't like about this product is how long it takes to heat up. It's been 2 days & the temperature won't go past 92°. So I'll probably purchase an additional heater. Other than that I'm happy with the hot tub👍

This hot tub comes complete! Filtration system, hot tub, and a thermal cover with another cover that goes over the thermal cover. If you have arthritis you will love this hot tub. I purchased foam puzzle pads and ground cover to protect the bottom, and it makes it comfortable. I also bought two weighted cushions to go in the hot tub (yes they sell them on amazon) which mafe it even better. It goes to 104 degrees! This is a definite buy product! Easy to clean no leakage! 5 adults fit comfortably and it is super quality!

I would give a 4 for the product but the customer service is a +5 star. The jacuzzi takes 2 days to reach temperature, but once there, it maintains itself with no issue as long as it's covered. Its max temp is 104, so it's not super hot but perfect for lounging. The bottom is padded, so it is not uncomfortable to sit on the hard floor (ours is on tile). After 6 months, the heater component started to leak. Customer service was quick to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged. I sent a brief email back, and they sent another unit without a question. I was really releaved because Iv had similar situations where I was refused a replacement in the same situation. This is why it's a 5 star. It gives me confidence in making a large online purchase, knowing I will not be stuck with a dud and out of my money.
