Everything is wonderful, We are pleased with our purchase. My husband and I love our hot tub and we have soaked in it every night since it was set-up. The set-up instructions were easy to follow. No problem with the hot tub itself but disappointed that only 1 /4 of my LED lights litup when we plugged them in. I will contact for replacement tomorrow. Otherwise great buy.

I ordered this product in the beginning of August. The lights go on the bottom and not all of the modes worked. Call serene life regarding the lights and they said they would send more out. Weeks later still have not received the replacement lights so I called an email and got the runaround. Then they sent me a tracking number for the replacement product. When I tried tracing it the product had never been sent to USPS. I had to call again and email again to get something done because I couldn’t put up my hot tub until the lights were put on because they are on the bottom. Finally after about a week I got an email stating that it had been sent out in the USPS also confirmed. However it took another week to get here. I finally was able to put water in my hot tub, when I got in and turned on the bubbles water came gushing out of the bottom. So it’s been a month and a half now since I ordered my hot tub and called serene life again. They said they would replace it. Still nothing! Finally I called Amazon and they told me to pack it up and they’ll send me a new one which they did. Finally! However I go out this morning after two days of being up and there’s water leaking out again! It’s not gushing but it is slowly leaking! I’m so tired of this. This should not happen! Serene life product is not as good as the reviews say. That’s the only reason I ordered this one because the reviews were so good! I even brought this to serene life attention and they had nothing to say about it ! So I’m gonna contact Amazon again and see what they can do! I am not going to use the patches that they gave me because I don’t know where the leak is. That means I would have to drain my hot tub again for the second time 260 gallons every time ! This is very tiring

This was so easy to set up. Heated to temp in less than 24 hours. I put 1 1/2” styrofoam under it to protect the bottom and insulate it from the concrete. The styrofoam also acts like a cushion so it’s no a hard bottom. But trying to deal with customer support is unbelievable. They keep saying I am not responding to there emails when I reply every time.

I would give a 4 for the product but the customer service is a +5 star. The jacuzzi takes 2 days to reach temperature, but once there, it maintains itself with no issue as long as it's covered. Its max temp is 104, so it's not super hot but perfect for lounging. The bottom is padded, so it is not uncomfortable to sit on the hard floor (ours is on tile). After 6 months, the heater component started to leak. Customer service was quick to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged. I sent a brief email back, and they sent another unit without a question. I was really releaved because Iv had similar situations where I was refused a replacement in the same situation. This is why it's a 5 star. It gives me confidence in making a large online purchase, knowing I will not be stuck with a dud and out of my money.

The lights only worked during first use. The next day the lights no longer worked. Disappointed as we like to use it in the evening.

This hot tub comes complete! Filtration system, hot tub, and a thermal cover with another cover that goes over the thermal cover. If you have arthritis you will love this hot tub. I purchased foam puzzle pads and ground cover to protect the bottom, and it makes it comfortable. I also bought two weighted cushions to go in the hot tub (yes they sell them on amazon) which mafe it even better. It goes to 104 degrees! This is a definite buy product! Easy to clean no leakage! 5 adults fit comfortably and it is super quality!

Easy setup but over three weeks of setup it has only heated up to 99 at the most for one night. Currently it states the water is 100 degrees but it is actually 70. The cover is cheap and ineffective so we bought a thermal liner at $150 from another company. The cover works well but the hot tub stopped heating shortly after. Setting up a refund hopefully.

Good quality and space - worth trying. Lights did not function out of box unfortunately despite trying multiple outlets and connections. Confirmed battery working in remote. Not a big deal except you have to install lights before inflating/filling so even with new lights - too late because I’m not setting up again. Setup was very straightforward and easy though! Excited to use.
