Good stuff! And surprisingly easy on the GI tract. Biotta does such a good job on this and their other products, such as beet juice. And the re-sealable bottle works great… right there in my refrigerator door. I can have a small "shot" to get me going in the morning--or a larger one if I'm tired and thirsty at the end of a long, hot day. Want a healthful drink at breakfast? Mix Biotta sauerkraut juice, beet juice, and buttermilk. Seriously. You'll feel good inside all morning.

Tasty, but failed to notice it was pasteurized -- which makes it less effective for my stomach problems.

I found the product to be excellent in flavor and with the right balance of acidity and pleasing to the taste. I use sauerkraut juice for specific foods served on December 24, Christmas Eve and the product was well received and enjoyed by all.

I bought this to make quick pickles from cukes. It worked perfectly for my needs, but it doesn’t get very far. I wish I could buy a bigger bottle. For my needs, the only negative is I need more. But, as for, you know, it being Sauer kraut juice... it is.

Sauerkraut Juice is terrible!! (But Beet Juice is wonderful)

I purchased this product for its probiotic capabilities. However, it's pasteurized. Not the fault of the provider. For the price, it was an amusing joke on me; entirely my own fault.

I just bought a few bottles, but there a 2 facts not listed in the product description: 1. It is very high in sodium 2. It is pasteurized: not a probiotic I can drink less to correct for sodium, but I need to re-populate it with bacteria from a fresh sauerkraut. This beats the purpose because I can have a local unpasteurized juice for a similar or lower price. Better still, I can ferment it at home.

Biotta products are top notch. The sauerkraut juice is no exception. Really is good for digestion. Used it in one of my juice cleanses recently.
