There are some steps for reference. 1) Align the sanding drum. 2) Loosen the screw of the mandrel, pres the band into the drum. 3) Tighten the screw with the wrench. 4) Install the installed the sanding drum fitting into the chuck and fasten it. 5) Tighten the mandrel head screw with the wrench again.
