Very very great product

The ingredients in this product—Chromium, Berberine, and ALA—are known to assist in balancing hormones and improving the body’s response to insulin when it’s secreted from the pancreas after eating. I was taking each of those supplements separately, but then I did a search to streamline some of my various daily supplements and discovered this LES Labs product combined all 3. I’m now able to combat two health issues with one product: weight gain + acne. I’ve lost 25lbs since Jan 27, 2018 and finally corrected my acne from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) just by controlling my insulin & DHT levels. Elevated insulin/blood-sugar raises estrogen, testosterone, androgens, and DHT to unhealthy levels, which can lead to acne breakouts. Once that connection was made clear to me by an Endocrinologist, correcting my body’s response to insulin immediately remedied all my PCOS symptoms (weight-gain, acne, scalp hair-loss, facial hair growth, body inflammation). They’ve each lost weight so far and the Berberine is also helping the inflammation in my brother’s knee joints. This brand is working wonders, even on my most skeptical family members.

Just started taking these meds 5 days ago and I’ve already lost 3 lbs. I do have a slight headache and a weird feeling so I increase my water levels which seem to help. I’m not sure if it’s the products or my change in diet causing the weight loss. I will keep trying it for now.Note: I’m pre-diabetic and it scared me the other day when I checked my levels and it was 210. I did attend a party few days prior and was drinking and pigging out. I cold Turkey any sweet products and any rice/pasta and only drinking water. I’m hoping this works bc I do not want to be diabetic(both parents are).Update: 11/17/22: with my diet to include this pill, intermittent fasting, low to no carbs and only black coffee, bone broth, and water to drink, I’ve lost 22lbs since my first review. I also walk 3 miles daily (if I can). My A1C is also down .3! This pill alone will not do it so please include eating healthier and exercise. It’s hard but be INTENTIONAL!! I work in dialysis and see the effects of diabetes. Take care yourself now!!

The last shipment was horrible. The bottle was bulging and the pills had a bunch of black stuff on them.My Family been using them for monthsUsing 2 bottles a month for about a year. This is the first time having an issue but now I’m afraid to trust them

Just received my first bottle, and am going to start using it immediately. It was packaged and shipped very well, the bottle seal was intact.I will update my review after taking this for awhile. I'm in great hopes that this formula will enable me to get off of diabetic medicines, so far i have been on four different ones that I cannot tolerate and my doctor has no more suggestions. Am also doing research into the condition, I am in my late 60's and just diagnosed with diabetes to my surprise. It does not "run in my family", and I would like to know just why I have developed this desease. So far it seems to be heading into the way I was brought up to eat, and all the advise given to the public over ther years as to how and what they should eat, along with the "additives" that have been used, along with the sedentary lifestyle that comes with years of office work. Looks to be interesting.Update: October 25, 2018I started taking this in March.This product has more than met my expectations, I have brought my dosage of prescribed diabetes drug down to one-half dose every third day, along with taking the Insulin Health every day, and have done away with the majority of side effects from the drug - glimeriride, and keeping my glucose readings just about the same., well within tolerance. I have noted that my appetite has been reduced greatly, I am eating one smaller serving, especially at dinner time, rather than a bigger serving and sometimes "seconds". Just too full feeling to eat any more and just don't want it. That has been a pleasant "side effect" that I wasn't expecting. I'm intending to continue with this and hoping to do away with the glimerperide altogether, also tried taking the metformin with disasterous results. Since I have very limited resources, i.e. social security benefits, I am unable to eat as healthy as I would like, which I think would also help, so I am doubly glad to have found something oher than prescription drugs to take. I started the Insulin Health 3 times a day for about three weeks, then cut it back to 2 times a day which seems to be working for me just fine. As noted before, I have a terrible time with drugs, so this is a lifesaver for me. I dont have any connection with the company, I am just really happy they are making this.

I used this supplement in conjunction with the LES labs cortisol health supplement for adrenal support, stress relief, and balanced cortisol response. I believe I was suffering from extreme adrenal fatigue based on research and the cluster of symptoms I was experiencing. One of those symptoms was weight gain, primarily in the belly area. This was the first time in my life that I had ever gained weight in that area (I am quite pear shaped and generally gain weight in my hips, buttocks, and thighs) so I thought perhaps I was having issues with insulin spikes related to my adrenal fatigue and using this supplement in conjunction with LES labs cortisol health supplement, I was able (with a few dietary modifications and exercise) to lose the belly fat. After taking this supplement, I stopped reaching for donuts and bagels in the morning and drinking cup after cup of coffee to get through the days. In addition to quelling my carb and sugar cravings, I feel it had a strong positive impact on my mood and energy levels as well! I would absolutely recommend this product! Also, in case anybody was wondering, I was never diagnosed with anything as I saw two doctors and they basically blew me off and said "diet and exercise" (duh) and an antidepressant (no thanks) were the answer. So I would encourage anybody who feels that their primary physician doesn't express concern regarding your symptoms, to be proactive about your own health and do your research! My research led me to this supplement and I am sooo thankful that it did!
