Do a little homework and there's more affordable options
Did this work? It helped clean me out a bit (yuk, I know). Did I lose weight? Not really. This tea is a tool but not the solution. That being said, there are other teas out there which are more affordable and likely offer the same benefits. I drink other detox teas, green tea, matcha tea. I am rotating. Mainly drinking these as an alternative to water and soda and hoping they benefit my health in addition to my exercise and diet. For reference I'm a 53 woman.

Obviamente con una buena alimentación… no es un te milagroso mis mentores en vida divina me enseñaron a comer sano mientras utilice el te además de hacer ejercicio.
