A little wilted. But freshened up.
I was a little disappointed that the flowers were not from the local Whole Foods and not sent from Reno. They were a little wilted. No water or moisture on stems. They did freshen up. Petals had to be removed.

Arrived Limp, Bear Looks Cheap FAIL!
I was extremely disappointed in this flower delivery to my mother. The flowers were nearly dead and the bear looked pitiful. And there's no way to get a return. Total waste of $50. Insultingly horrific. A total embarrassment. This vendor is not up to the task.

HAPPY SIX YEAR OLD
My granddaughter received her first flowers this afternoon (right on time as promised) and adored the Teddy Bear, enjoyed the candy and thought the roses were beautiful (and they were). We skyped and it made me feel so good that she loved the gifts. Thank you for delivering as promised.
