Low quality
I bought this to hold paper targets at the range. It's strong enough, I've never had a target fall, but getting the stuff off the roll in the first place is a chore. The tape is always ripping lengthwise, so you end up with a strip of half the width, and you have to go chase down the end with your fingernails.
