What is wrong with all these people talking about the knot coming undone and double knotting it. Don’t they know how to wear it?......

Disappointed.
I was really disappointed. First, why is PAZ written over the back of each picture. Seems to commercialize the sincere reason for the purchase. Next, my necklace was a little more than a thick thread with no clasp. 14” is not long enough to tie and go over your head everyday. I don’t intend to tie it every time I put it on either. So I will keep the figures to use at a later date and pitched the thread. Total waste as far as I’m concerned.

Quality and necklace length not as advertised on 1 out of 4 items
I ordered two, lost one, reordered two, and was disappointed that one of the reorder items was shorter by at least 1.5 inches, and had color over the writing in back. Quality control needs fixing, please.

Broke immediately
I bought this scapular for my granddaughter as she had misplaced hers while we were on a long trip. Unfortunately, by the time she received it the window for return had closed. She wore it for approximately two days when it fell apart. Now she has no scapular and we are unable to return it because the return window closed., This is the only type of scapular that my granddaughter likes to wear but I will not re-order this particularly expensive scapular,. I will have to search elsewhere for a similar but sturdier one.
