Replaced faulty keyboard on my home laptop.

First one arrived, shipping box in good condition. Upon inspection I saw the Enter key popped off. Didn’t even take it out of the bag, and returned it. Amazon asked if I wanted a replacement, which I agreed to. Replacement arrived, again with the shipping box in good condition. Tried to install, but the keyboard frame was bent in such a way that the tabs on the bottom would not fit into the slots. Returned #2. Two tries, two defective products.

I replaced a broken keyboard and fixes very well, but it seems so fragile and when you press a a key that feels like obstructed, but it works.

Shipping poorly enough that the side of the frame bent and keys fell out I bent it back got keys replace to find out that the key pad is defective already installed so can't really do much about it now

The media could not be loaded.  El teclado llego sin el resorte de la tecla, esta fijo "no funciona"
