GenTent 10K Generator Tent Running Cover - XKU Kit (Standard, GreySkies) - Compatible with 3000w+ Inverter Generators

I have had this generator cover for 3 years. It has work in rain and snow without fail. The reason for this review is last night we experienced sustained winds of 20 to 35 mph with gust up to 55 mph with heavy driving rain. This cover stayed in place and kept the generator dry. Great purchase.

My generator is Honda EU7000iS; this product fit my generator perfectly. When I ordered the cover, company sent me an email verifying Mfg. and Model to insure I received correct product. Fast shipping via UPS so I could track it.Installation easy following excellent instructions. They also have videos on their website if you are a visual learner.Extremely well designed product with high quality materials. My only complaint/recommendation is it comes with a solid Electrical Panel cover, they offer a Clear Vinyl Electrical Panel Apron Accessory for an additional $20. For the $165 price of this cover, the clear apron should be the default, at a minimum it should be an order option (Clear in lieu of solid.)

I can't recall in all my years encountering an accessory product that was as well-designed, both from the individual component parts and overall installation standpoints. I was a little nervous about a Rube Goldberg aggregation of straps, rods and molded plastic parts. But after following the spot-on installation instructions - which anticipated all the "what about this" questions - the completed installation is neat, well-fitting and securely mounted. Now I am just hoping for the power to go out so I can press it into service!

Needs to improve the instructions of installation but overall good product. I think that the upper pole material should be much stronger. Seems to that it will broke over short time, lets see. Recommended

This thing is designed and built like a Boy Scout pup tent. Not worth the price by any means
