It is a little small, total length 8-1/4 long the spoon rest is 3-1/2. However, I don't find it's size to be limiting in when I'm using it.

Adorable

I love this spoon rest! My kitchen is black and white, but the courtley check fits in and stands out. This is not a generous spoon rest, but it does the job. You may want to check any measurements in the description. My only question was when I turned it over and a label said made in Taiwan. I thought this was USA made? Doesn’t take away from usefulness or appearance, so no stars off.
