Definitely noticed the difference in my hair and nails!
Thanks to perimenopause, I have been experiencing some hair thinning and slower growth of my hair. I tried this product and I have noticed my hair has been growing back out faster and thicker! Not only that, but my nails are growing thicker also. The gummies are delicious so that is a definite bonus. I have a sensitive stomach and these have not upset them at all. They are definitely worth the money!

Weird taste to some
These gummies are funny. My husband thinks they’re delicious, but I taste something gross. To me it tastes like they were made with chicken bullion, but still also have the fruit flavor. I would also point out that their consistency is a little too gooey and sticky, like they stick to dental work.

These vitamins are great. My hair is growing as well as my nails nice and strong.

Does not work.
These did not work for me. Before I tried these, I tried Weems and they grew my nails so strong within one bottle. When I tried this brand, and my nails got weak and thin again. Also, the texture of them is too soft. It feels like calling them gummies is a stretch when they are just soggy and melty in your mouth. Pause.
