This yoga towel is exactly what I needed for my hot yoga practice. I lay it over my yoga mat, and it stays in place even during sweaty hot yoga sessions. No more slipping or adjusting between poses! The fabric is soft, super absorbent, and dries quickly after class. It fits perfectly on top of a standard yoga mat and adds a nice layer of hygiene and grip. It also washes well without shrinking. I love the purple color and how it adds some personality to my mat. Great quality for the price, and definitely a must-have for regular hot yoga practice!

I rarely give 5 stars but I LOVE this towel. Due to some tendonitis I've found my beloved Manduka to be a bit of a chore to lug around. I bought this as both an alternative and add-on for the Manduka. It's perfect! Absolutely beautiful, I love the purple with green edging. Nice and grippy - I'm loving using it on the floor alone and have had 0 slip issues. It feels so nice and soft. I haven't sweat on it much yet, but it feels like the absorbency will be great. It was also an easy machine wash with other towels and then I hung to dry. If you're looking for something like this - this is THE one. You won't regret it.

I love everything about this towel except the size. It fits over the small yoga mat I got from Five Below. It doesn’t quite fit over the larger one I have which is a bummer but the value is really nice. Fabric is a good texture. It absorbs sweat fast. I use it in a hot yoga class. No issues with slipping or moving once it is set. Very light weight. The colors are fun. Holds up after being washed in the washing machine.

The Gaiam Yoga Towel is fantastic for hot pilates! Its mat-sized design fits perfectly, and the non-slip, moisture-wicking microfiber keeps me dry and comfortable throughout my sessions. I love the corners that prevent it from bunching up and slipping while using it on the yoga mat. I love that it provides friction so I don't slip during hot yoga. I like that I can throw it in the wash so I don't have to wipe down my yoga mat as much. However.. when I first used it the first two washes died everything blue.. I also noticed that the material it's made out of collects every single hair, dirt particle, Leaf Etc. It's hard to get it out when you wash it because it has that material that particles just love to cling too.

This made such a HUGE difference when practicing yoga. 10/10

I dont like to write negative reviews and hurt a business but this is towel is absolutely not good to do hot Yoga (or even a regular one). Its too thick and slippery. There is no side that has a sickness and material is too thick and fluffy. Manufacturer really needs to revamp product design.

This my second Gaiam mat. Not sure why it is more expensive that Green, about $10 more.

Ho vari asciugamani per i tappetini ma questo è il migliore perché avendo gli angoli rimane in posizione senza problemi. Non c'è il bisogno continuo di riaggiustare.

Perfect size for my mat and good price. The towel prevents slipping and the corner pockets keep the towel in place. Bought a second one.
