Is your fish oil in triglyceride form or ethyl ester(E.E.)?

The New Zealand Hoki oil in triglyceride form is blended with molecularly distilled South Pacific Anchoveta oil to provide the ideal 3:2 ratio of EPA to DHA that is recommended for optimal health benefits (Dr. Stephen Kopecky, Mayo Clinic Professor of Medicine).

Is it normal for all the capsules to be tightly stuck toghether inside the container? I just got mine and it was very difficult to pry them apart

We are very sorry to hear that the softgels have stuck together. This is probably due to having moisture in the bottle. You could take some out of the bottle to create space, then vigorously tap the bottle to loosen the softgels. We'd be happy to replace the bottle.
