It does what it says , I got the citrus and tried it with my coffee , that didn’t go well but was excellent with juice. It does calm me down a bit and I have no side effects . I will definitely buy it again.

I decided to try dry January this month because I've been drinking too much over the past year. I was also feeling tired, bloated and gained 20 pounds. I knew I needed to try something else. Great product, a little on the expensive side but after using it for a while it really seems to work. Don’t expect a miracle, it will not take anxiety and stress magically away. But it has a subtle effect. The flavor is quite good and refreshing when it’s hot.
