So far, relaxation, clarity and anti-anxiety, so great start !
Drinking my first cup now and can clearly feel some kind of relaxing antianxiety effect and a feeling of more relaxed mental clarity, so those are all good and I am impressed with this tea already. I have previously been taking Rhodiola Capsules for energy as I have some Chronic Fatigue and they do help but this tea is a much more quickly noticeable & stronger effect though I will obviously need to try it for longer to have a better understanding of what it can do but it definitely seems like it is something that agrees with me and that I will certainly enjoy and benefit from. Hope it can help my energy also. For flavour I definitely prefer my St 'John's Wort Tea which is like a sweet hay flavour and delicious with a little demerara sugar whereas this Rhodiola Tea reminds me of those Cherry Flavour cough sweets, Tunes. So for effects it seems like 5 star but the flavour is not my favourite though I might get used to it.

I tried to take this in a form of tea and it made me vomit immediately I wished it helped me but I am not sure why I'm having these side effects
