Rhodeola mixes well in water or juice. Mildly sweet in taste. No need to refrigerate after opening. Over all good product foe the price.

Almost a great product
Company needs to switch to glass bottles. The product is really good but the plastic bottle really makes the product come off as lower tier. The plastic bottle also leaks as well.

This item may work for some people, but if you are taking medications for the heart, it interferes with many of them. After using this item, my health suffered. Please check with your doctor before you take any supplements as they may interfere with your prescription drugs.

Tastes sweet
Mine came in a glass bottle, the price for amount was good. The dropper didn't really work so I just did chug shots in the am. I haven't noticed any helpful effects so I'll try another brand. I did get some loose stool about an hour after taking.

Use caution!
Use caution! I used four drops under my tongue, 1x only. I was ravenous for the rest of the day, and I found myself very talkative with an inability to control it. Perhaps a med interaction? I'm glad I didn't use the recommended dose of 45 drops a day!

Comes in Plastic Bottle
It's okay. Honestly, has an odd flavor. I've used rhodiola extract from Herb Pharm which is a much higher quality extract and better flavor. And biggest downside to naturalma is that it's packaged in plastic.

Did not notice an effect!
Initially I made the purchase because many people raved about the benefits of Rhodiola. I have been taking it for approximately 2 weeks but unfortunately have not noted any changes. I don't think the potency of the product is significant to produce any desired effect!
