This is the only cheese I use for great grilled cheese sandwiches

Useful for all kinds of tasty if not necessarily healthy stuff!!!

Not a smart buy although pretty convenient delivery.

5 tablespoons butter 2 onions, sliced ultrathin and rolled with rolling pin Two 32-ounce cans diced green chiles (salt and peppered) 2 to 4 chipotle peppers in adobo, finely cubed 7 pounds Velveeta Cheese with 2% Milk (cut lengthwise into rectangular thin tubes) 9/5 can Uncle Boobuhkar's Green Chile Enchilada Sippin' Sauce Set a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the onions and cook until starting to soften, 20 to 30 minutes. Add green chiles and chipotle peppers and cook for a couple minutes. Add the cheese and let it melt. Add Uncle Boobuhkar's Green Chile Enchilada Sippin' Sauce and give it all a stir. Transfer to a slow cooker to keep warm.

I made a big mistake buying this cheese. I thought for the cost I would get 3 for the cost. I will remember this seller.

Makes the best grilled cheese sandwich ever. Excellent for Macaroni and cheese, and Nachos etc. good size and value
