Works on 2005 Expedition
Works but the o-rings that came with it did not seal well despite lubing it with PAG oil. I grabbed to old o-rings that were fat and swollen and reused them. It held negative pressure like a charm. Alignment of the low pressure port was different then OEM. I got it to work but I had to manipulate the pipes a little. The pipes are soft metal so can yield a little. It's a part of DIY wrenching--I guess.

Challenge but worked in the end
Had to modify factory line to use low side fitting and put correct o rings to solve leaks

Fit well
I purchased this line as a replacement for my 2006 Ford Expedition. The line fit well and installed as easy as any replacement line does. It does hold pressure and as of yet is not leaking. BEWARE this line comes with some o-rings but they were the incorrect thickness for my application resulting in a burst of refrigerant about half a pound into charging the system. resulting in having to almost completely disassemble again to replace with correct replacement o-rings. That is why this is a 4 star instead of 5

Good product
Fits perfectly and works perfectly but I had to replace one of the o-ring was too thin and leaks.

2006 Expedition w/rear air
Got here just fine, so I guess it's packed well enough. Put this in my 2006 Expedition XLT with rear air....one thing I had to do was replace to O rings on a couple of the lines, so get yourself a bag of them. They aren't too much and you'll probably need them anyway.

Seems to be of good quality, pretty happy with the purchase
Seems to be of good quality, pretty happy with the purchase. The low side service port was re-positioned to a 90 degree angle on this line in comparison to the factory line, which I wasn't sure I was going to be excited about, but it absolutely makes it easier to attach and position the low side A/C line service port adapter on a gauge set at this angle.

Good part
Good product so far it's holding pressure and my a/c is back.

Right on time!
Had a cracked seam in my original a/c line. Checked around locally but they wanted entirely too much for a replacement so, my online search began. I found this product, matched it up to the one I removed, and ordered it. Great purchase! Fit was just right too!
