I wish I'd taken a before pic so I could compare! Been taking these for a month now and have seen a noticeable difference in my hair. I have thick curly hair that has been abused for years with too much bleach (natural colour is very dark) and I'm trying to get it back to health. There's obviously no product in the world that can help what's left of the bleached frazzled ends but the rest of my hair is super soft and shiny and has finally grown! I’ve have been experiencing hair loss for the pass 2 years and have tried all sorts to try to prevent it. I have been taking these supplements for over 2 months and have definitely noticed a difference to the length of my hair. I am still loosing a lot during the day and when washing but it’s definitely grown in length a considerable amount! My eyebrow lady also noticed that the thickness of my eyebrows have improved over the last month, so possibly a bonus from taking these? I definitely feel they are worth trying if you are trying to grow your hair long rather than for hair loss.

10/10 product. I have had fine, thin hair my whole life. I started taking this product a year ago and now have it on subscribe & save. I appreciate that the price point is much more palatable than Nutrafol, and it’s only one pill a day, as opposed to FOUR a day for Nutrafol. My hair is truly thicker and longer than it’s ever been. Planning to stock up during Prime Week, as hopefully the price point will drop closer to what it used to be before the war, and before everyone found out about these gems! Also, definitely recommend not taking on an empty stomach.

I used these back in April and May and noticed my hair grew quite a bit in that time but was sceptical that it was actually due to some vitamins so stopped taking them.
