I paired this up with the Fairywill electric toothbrush that I got as same day delivery with this. I was inspired by other reviews here. I'm so glad I did. I have used various holistic toothpastes over the years and this is the most pleasant and makes my mouth feel the cleanest, coupled with that mouthgasmic toothbrush I just bought. None of the crap in this one I dont want in my mouth, including the glycerine even many of the natural alternatives are still using. Glycerine is NOT good for your teeth. It coats them so they cannot remineralize and that contributes to decay by foiling a natural, needed process. It also doesn't make the very unsightly mess my Earthpaste left in my sink and creates a superior clean. This rinses right down. My teeth were noticeably whiter after the first use, BUT not as white as when I just chomp down on straight AC in the chewable tablets or powder I have on hand. However the one you will actually USE is the most effective and I ran out of tablets and the lead time on shipping for them is horrendous. Capsules are a pain and messy and the powder is a bit more of a pain and messier at least upfront and, well, I'm just lazy and looking for convenient alternatives. This fit the bill. I don't mind it taking a little longer to lift if it does eventually net the same results over time and is that much easier to use, It doesn't foam at all and has a great consistency and isn't as difficult to rinse from the sink or teeth after use so it's a hassle and time saver. All in all I'm glad I got it. The only thing I'd improve is if it had the same instant whitening power boom that I'm used to with straight up charcoal.

I did not take any before pictures, but I noticed a surprising significant improvement in about 4 days. My teeth are much whiter, but not super white. They look good. Not only that, one tooth that has been sensitive to cold ever since I had bronchitis more than 8 months ago is no longer sensitive (my dentist told me this can happen from upper respiratory infections). I had high hopes for this toothpaste. My teeth did feel clean and appeared more smooth and shiny. I have whiteish yellow teeth and when I was a child had flouride treatments regularly and as a result I have had no cavities at 43 years old but cannot whiten my teeth. Have tried everything and this did not work. Now this might have been different if I had not had flouride treatments as a child. This could whiten but I will never know. Wanted to mention that if you had flouride treatments as a child don't bother buying this if you are solely wanting whiter teeth. I was impressed the flavor was good really not much flavor. No issues there and I can gag easily. However my skin is super sensitive and I break out even at my age. The result of using this toothpaste caused the skin around my mouth (chin, upper lip under nose and lower cheeks to break out with a bunch of acne. Stopped using and cleared up in a day. Started using again next day and got 2 new acne bumps. I am super sensitive and must use hypoallergenic make up and cannot wear most lipsticks without breaking out around my lips. Even gum cinnamon flavor my favorite will make me break out. So this product may not be for you if you are one of the few who is super sensitive or had flouride treatments.

This activated charcoal teeth whitening toothpaste is something different from our toothpaste we are used to. Just the color of it would make you go hmm. It takes a couple days getting use to the flavor. For me to describe it, it would be like fine dirt/licorice with a hint of mint. Initially having it on your teeth is rather fun to tease the kids or spouse and to see the looks on their face as you show them your black teeth. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I have even gotten my husband to try it out. I am a smoker myself and a coffee drinker and I have noticed a slight change. It won't brighten your teeth overnight but it actually does work better than the other toothpaste that claims to whiten your teeth. I have never used any of the chemical products that claims to whiten your teeth either. But I have noticed some difference. It took me using it about 4 days straight to get use to the taste and texture. I even suggested my husband to start using it so we shall see in due time. I don't think it will be toilet paper white but you will see some difference within a week of using it twice a day. I must say that you will need to wash your sink each time you use it, it will stain your sink if you let the spit sit too long.
