Is the bill of this hat pliable? I like to mold it into a curved bill.

My Hurley hat has a slight curve to it but it doesn’t seem to be very pliable to make it more curved. The curve it comes in is more flat than heavily curved. I’m personally not a fan of the flat bill so this hat having a slight curve works perfect for me. Hope this helps

How are the hats packaged for shipping? Are they in a bag or a box?

They come in a bag which surprisingly better. I’ve had more hats damaged in the box due to being stuck in an odd position before. Causing the hat to be warped.

Will the L/XL fit 7 7/8?

While it does technically fit, the hat is stretched about as far as it can be. It squeezes my head and gives me a headache. For reference, I wear a 7 7/8s in a fitted baseball cap.

Fits like a glove...for the head.

Okay, I have a huge head. It’s been referred to as a “Doberman head” on more than once occasion. However, I’ve got a low crown. This hat (the L/XL flexfit) fit better than I expected. I was anticipating trying it on, realizing it sat to high, and returning it. I was pleasantly surprised to find it fit like a glove...on my head. 5/5 recommend and will definitely buy again.
