Great snack for gut health
My granddaughter and adult daughter love these. They do help with digestive issues. They love the taste. It’s a great healthy snack. I like that it does come in a variety pack.

Good but only use for travel
We became a bit too reliant on these pouches as new parents. Our son LOVES the flavors, there hasn't been one he doesn't like, however, he does get a bit of diarrhea from them afterwards. They are great though for travel and our ped said if we use these as needed it's totally fine to keep them. Ultimately are happy that they have such great sources of vitamins, protein, etc - especially when some restaurants don't have good kid food options.
