This is the best quality magnesium!

A good high-strength magnesium, 3,000mg formula. I typically take these capsules along with a glycine powder mix (like BulkSupplements) in water, and the combination has been great for sleep. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't experienced any of the digestive upset you sometimes get with lower-quality magnesium. It feels like a very pure, high-potency supplement. There is a small amount of leakage from the capsules but nothing I find concerning. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a step up from standard lower dosage brands!

Product is great cause the company is actually great, the only problem is that some pills broke during transport and there was white powder all over the product but it’s the fault of the delivery not the company.
