Impressive! For the price point, I’d challenge you to find a better knife. I have hypermobility and this knife glides through everything I’ve cut with it like it’s not even there. Cheese is a particularly challenging thing to cut generally and this glides right through like it’s warm butter! Be aware, it is VERY sharp (as good, safe knives should be)! And according to my research, storing it in the leather case is a no-no long term as it will trap moisture. I plan to use this for years to come. Excellent balance too, leverage is everything when you’re dealing with mobility issues and this puts your hand directly above the cut instead of a typical knife where your hand is behind what you’re trying to slice. Also very versatile. I cut literally everything with this knife and it hasn’t had any issues.

I was very happy with this ulu! It came razor sharp and was very comfortable in the hand. Cant wait to try it out this hunting season.

Read some reviews in which the complaints were the sharpness of the knife. I can tell you it is sharp. I sliced through raw chicken breasts and steak with absolutely little effort. I’d change the handle. Not so ergonomically crafted and a bit awkward if you asked me. Update It’s been a few months now and the knife still works well. Love how it cut through frozen chicken. In fact, it easier to cut frozen chicken than it is to cut it after thawing it out. Warning: this knife will rust. If left wet the hammered part of the knife will rust out and even after washing it the rust remains. Consider that when buying.

The size of the blade is a pleasant surprise. It's large. The handle is very comfortable and moves properly in the hand. No sharp edges other than the blade. The blade is VERY sharp. Not like a razor blade but it shaved hair off my arm right out of the box. The tips are especially "pokey" so use caution. Labeled as a pizza cutter it has many other uses. One that comes to mind is self defense. As a martial arts weapon it has great possibilities. For the price it is a good, unique and useful blade.

I got this because I was like “woah, rocking a knife back and forth would make mincing things so much easier on my hands!” and I wasn’t necessarily wrong about that, but I didn’t account for the fact that the blade width may not suit my needs and it ends up pulverizing some parts while cutting others when all the bits are in a tiny pile. In my opinion, it came plenty sharp and it is well made, but the blade is just thick enough to make it not convenient for cutting vegetables. If I cut meat I may use this, but I rarely pull it out of the drawer. Looks cool, though.

This knife is as advertised. It's very sharp and believe me I know because just getting it out of the package I nipped my finger just a little bit. This is another knife that should be kept away from children and maybe even locked away because of the sharpness it could do some damage to anyone not just children. It's a nice size and fits great within my hand. It has a good grip.

Yes it is little, sharp and needs to get used to it, as it is different to any other knives I have. The handle is designed for a small hand. I have big hands.
