Excellent detailed text! Gives you a whole new perspective on branding and the importance of that function in marketing. It speaks of longevity of the organization through establishing strong relationships with customers through various concepts, steps, strategies and sources. Definitely made my marketing library!

it's a textbook for sure but it is actually interesting to read. Lots of information packed with some big name examples.

The one marketing book that I wish I would've bought instead of renting. It had such great material in it that I would honestly probably read some of it on my own just because. There's great cases within the book to show actual examples and makes things very easy to understand!

Right book, but came opened and it was dropped... repeatedly... from very high up. Its obviously a textbook that I need so I dont have time to go through the return process.

Keller's theory are seminal to marketing as we know it today and his three interlocking brand models show how marketing inputs equal brand and performance outputs.

As a student who is dyslexic, I rely on the reading software that is built into OS. The accessibility feature which allows for text to be read by my Mac is a huge help. But digital book I purchased blocks the use after only a few pages. I had a extreme difficulty with my class since I was unable to use this feature. You would think if a purchased the download I should be able to use the whole book. Instead of spending a few hour of reading each week for the class I spent multiple days of re-reading to absorb the material.

This book was just as described. There were a few dog-eared pages, but nothing too severe. Thanks for the great deal!

To me It is the best branding book so far. Arrive before scheduled and in good condition. I'm very happy with this acquisition.

A good book yet a bit not organized well.. many times a topic starts in one chapter to be continued in another chapter which is a bit disturbing and confusing.
