I usually do not write reviews because to do them well would take me a long time. I have 3 other exercise physiology books.This book is by far the best one. I learned about it from my Advanced Nutrition and Human Metabolism book by Gropper which isa superb nutrition book. I only wish I had known about this book before buying the others over the years. I highly recommend thisbook.

Good, but different
Quality of book is as described but cover is different. Seems to be the same book but for some reason has a different cover. I had to check with my professor to see if it would be acceptable for the course.

This book didn't come wrap in plastic but it is indeed a new book. For the price that I bought it for it was well worth it!

Shelf wear on a "new" book.
The book description said that it was new but the book came with significant shelf wear and a dented corner. It was not a shipping problem since the box was undamaged.
