You can add mica as you add your fragrance or you can added just before you bake them

Will the glue smell go away after baking?

I used them with a few drops of essential oil so there was no glue smell -they melt great and hold the scent gor a long time

How long do these beads take to cure?

Depends if you add too much oils it will take longer to cure
